Where is my order?

You will receive a confirmation email upon purchasing. Once your order has been processed and is on its way to you, you will receive another email with a tracking number.

Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number. You can follow the link in the order confirmation email to track your order.

I have missed my delivery, what do I do?

You should contact the courier that attempted to deliver your order.

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

You can cancel your order by contacting us up until your order has been shipped. You will receive an email once your email has been shipped.

How can I cancel my order?

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) advise you have fourteen calendar days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund for the items you have purchased and the cost of standard delivery if you've paid for shipping.

I’m missing an item from my order, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately. We will then talk you through the process to receive your missing item.

I’ve cancelled my order. How long until my money is available?

Please see shipping and returns policy in the website footer. You will receive your money up to 5 working days after processing your returns.

I’ve received an incorrect item, what do I do?

Please contact us immediately. We will then talk you through the process to return the incorrect item.

I’ve Bought a gift card, can I cancel or return it?

No, but you can receive store credit for the value of the gift card.

I’ve received a faulty item, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately. We will then start the process to review your faulty product.

Can I amend my order after I have placed it?

Yes, you can contact us to amend your order after you have replaced it so long as your order has not been shipped.

You can find a size guide on each item in the store.

Will you be getting more stock?

The easiest way to keep in the loop is by subscribing. We will send out emails to notify you when new stock is in.

How do I know I’m buying a genuine Tinman Product?

You can only purchase Tinman Products on the official Tinman Online Website. www.Tinmanonline.co.uk. We will also be attending trade shows and events throughout the year. Follow us on Instagram to find out where we will be.

How do I place an order?

Once you have added all of your items to the basket, click on the basket and follow the instructions to complete your order.

I’ve lost my gift card, how do I replace it?

Your gift card is electronic. Check your emails and find the unique gift card code to enter online.

How can I pay for my order?

Once you have finished shopping, click on your basket and follow the instructions, which will take you through the purchasing process.

How do I use my gift card to pay for an order?

When you purchase a gift card you will receive an email with a unique code. Enter this code in to promo codes and gift cards box at payment.

How can I purchase a Tinman gift card?

You can find our Tinman gift cards in the shop section of our website.

When will I be charged for my order?

As soon as you place your order you will be charged.

Where can I get a promo code to use on my order?

You can receive promo codes by subscribing, and on orders over a certain amount.

My payment was declined, what should I do?

Try updating your payment method to a different account. If that doesn’t work, make sure there is appropriate funds in your account.

Can I buy items from other websites that look like Tinman?

Tinman Online is the only place you can purchase original Tinman products from.

There will be a notification on the emails you receive to unsubscribe.

Returns And Refunds

 

What is your returns policy?

How can I get a returns authentication ?

You will need to contact us within 14 calendar days in writing for us to issue you your unique authentication reference number.

Have you received my returns items?

Once we have received your returns items we will issue the refund, which can take up to 5 working days to appear in to your bank.

How can I track my returns?

We advise you return your items to Tinman via tracked shipping. This way you will be able to track your returns.
